OVERVIEW
The Visio exemplifies the supreme performance that is expected of Thorlux luminaires providing up to 58,485 lumens and an efficiency of up to 179.7 luminaire lumens per circuit watt. The Visio is available in seven wattages and four light distributions ensuring there is a solution for a wide range of mounting heights, spacings and applications. Extremely long life, fast installation and easy maintenance of integral emergency versions are key features of Visio.
Smart versions have a unique sensor that can be optimised for use up to 18m, maintaining excellent occupancy detection. SmartScan "wireless" versions eliminate the requirement for control cabling often associated with retro-fit installations.
Applications: General open factory areas, storage, high level racking aisles, retail and commercial areas.

With four light distribution and seven wattage options, there is a Visio for every mounting height and light level. Custom high performance optics ensure that light is delivered where it is needed for either open area or narrow racking applications.
Visio
The Visio is designed for a wide variety of applications. Its versatile mounting bracket provides the option of either surface, suspended or busbar mounting. The high performance optics offer superb efficiency in wattages up to 364 W delivering 58,485 lumens.

Visio PRO
The Visio Pro is designed for arduous environments with its tough extruded aluminium body and IK10 rated polycarbonate cover. The IP66 rating makes it ideal for wet areas or where regular cleaning takes place. High performance optics deliver up to 55,405 lumens.

Visio SPORT
The Visio Sport’s high impact rating and glare control make it ideal for use in sports halls. Visio Sport complies with the demanding ball impact requirements from DIN EN 18032 Part 3 and DIN VDE 0710 Part 13 German sports hall standards.

Visio
The Visio has mounting brackets at each end of the luminaire with a 9x20 mm slot for direct / surface mount or busbar bracket attachment and two 7 mm diameter fixings for optional suspension cables.

The Visio Pro and Visio Sport have been designed for ease of installation. Once the brackets are secured in position the luminaire is simply clipped in.

Visio
The Visio has a quick access battery compartment at the end of the luminaire, ensuring batteries are kept cool and operating at an optimum temperature to avoid premature failure. Once the batteries reach the end of their usable life they are accessed by loosening a single screw on the lid, allowing quick and simple replacement.
Visio PRO & Visio SPORT
The Visio Pro and Visio Sport feature an external battery pack on the rear of the body ensuring the batteries operate at the optimum temperature. Access for maintenance is quick and easy via two captive fixing screws without the need to remove the luminaire.

Visio is designed for use in the majority of high bay applications such as manufacturing areas or warehouses where moisture, dust and impact are not a concern.

The Visio Pro is designed for tough environments where dust and moisture are present, making it most suited to heavy industrial applications; from dirty production areas to facilities that require regular clean down, Visio Pro thrives in them all.
With its extruded aluminium body and high pressure die-cast end caps, a full polyester powder coat finish, 4 mm thick UV stabilised polycarbonate cover and stainless steel mounting brackets, the Visio Pro is both impact resistant and durable.

The Visio Sport retains all of the resilient properties of the Visio Pro with the added benefit of ball impact resistance. Designed for use in indoor sports facilities, the Visio Sport is rated IK10 and compliant with the demanding ball impact testing requirements from DIN EN 18032 Part 3 and DIN VDE 0710 Part 13.

Area medium
The area medium is designed for use at higher mounting heights in open areas. The narrower distribution focuses the light down to the working plane so less light is wasted. The area medium is also ideal for applications where lower glare is required.

Easy Serviceability
All components are replaceable on site, the Visio range has been designed to allow upgrade or rectification of the LED PCBs, driver and other components, extending the lifetime of the product and making upgrading to more efficient LEDs in the future possible.
Recyclable at End of Life
The Visio family has been designed to achieve a long and reliable lifetime. This can be extended further by easy serviceability. However once end of life is reached, Visio luminaires can be fully disassembled for easy recycling, minimising the impact on the environment.
Minimised Material Usage
The Visio family has a compact body design whilst still retaining the performance of a typically much larger luminaire; thus reducing the quantity of LEDs, components and material required.
